Prevent mouse from waking up in Windows 10

Press Windows Key + X and select Device Manager from the list.

When Device Manager opens, navigate to Mouse section, select a mouse if several mice are listed, and double click it. Go to Power Management tab and uncheck "Allow this device to wake the computer".
