- Right-click the clock in the taskbar
- Click Adjust Date/Time
- Click Add Clocks For Different Time Zones (Windows 10) or the Additional Clocks tab (Windows 7)
- Select Show This Clock, pick a time zone, and then add a descriptive label for the custom clock
- Click Ok

Add the switch user button
1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog, type gpedit.msc, and press Enter. NOTE: This file is located at C:\Windows\System32\gpedit.msc.
2. If prompted by UAC, click on Yes.
3. You can now set and manage the Local Group Policies on your computer to how you want them.
In the left pane, click on to expand Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, System, and Logon. (See screenshot below)
In the right pane, right click on Hide entry points for Fast User Switching and click on Edit. (See screenshot above)

No sound in speakers/headphones when HDMI connected
Apparently it's not possible to output sound through both the HDMI
and the headphone jack simultaneously. But If you want to watch video
through HDMI and listen via headphone jack do this:

change the default playback device for the internal soundcard instead of the HDMI
